General Support
For bug reports, account issues, deck problems, multiplayer issues, or general questions:
support@flashquest.netTo help us resolve your issue faster, please include:
- Your device type and iOS version
- Your FlashQuest app version (visible in Settings)
- A short description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable
We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Privacy Requests
For privacy questions, data access requests, analytics concerns, or deletion requests when you cannot access the app:
privacy@flashquest.netWhen contacting us about privacy, include the email address or username associated with your FlashQuest account so we can locate your data.
You can disable optional analytics at any time in the app under Settings > Data & Privacy.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app:
- Open FlashQuest
- Go to Profile > Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm twice to proceed
Once the service confirms completion, this removes your profile, username, cloud-synced study data, published decks, votes, and leaderboard entries, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. Local data on your device is also cleared. It does not remotely erase independent deck copies previously saved by other users. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app (lost device, login issues), email privacy@flashquest.net with the email address or username associated with your account. We will process your deletion request and confirm once complete.
Safety & Community
FlashQuest includes a community deck library where users can publish and browse flashcard decks. We take content quality and safety seriously.
Reporting a deck: In the app, open a community deck and use its report action. You can report inappropriate content, spam, copied content, or inaccuracy. Reports may trigger automatic hiding; that is a precaution, not a final finding about the content.
Moderation: Deck authors are notified when their content is hidden due to reports. If you believe your deck was incorrectly removed, contact support@flashquest.net.
General safety concerns: For any content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, contact support@flashquest.net with details. We may remove objectionable content and suspend accounts that violate our policies.
Copyright & Content Rights
If you own the rights to material on FlashQuest, or are authorized to act for the owner, email privacy@flashquest.net with the subject “Copyright report.” You do not need a FlashQuest account.
Please include:
- Your name, a reply email address, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative.
- The original work and evidence of ownership or permission to act, such as an official publication link.
- The FlashQuest deck link or ID, its title and publisher, and the specific cards or images at issue. If a link is unavailable, include enough detail for us to locate it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or law, and that the information you provide is accurate.
- Your typed name as an electronic signature.
We review reports promptly, may request clarification, and may restrict access during an investigation. Where appropriate, we notify the publisher of the issue and outcome. We share only complaint details needed to assess or respond to the dispute, or as required by law; do not include unrelated sensitive information. Email complaints are not an anonymous reporting channel.
Challenge a decision: Reply to the notice or email the same address with the subject “Copyright appeal,” the deck identifier, and your explanation and supporting permission, licence, or other relevant evidence. We review the response and communicate the outcome. Restoration is not automatic. Statutory notices and disputes are handled under applicable law; this process does not replace any legal rights or remedies.
Repeated infringement can lead to publishing restrictions or account termination. False or abusive reports also violate our rules. For accuracy or other community concerns, use the in-app report action or support@flashquest.net.
